Pitch Fees
Putting Green, Riverside and North Beach pitch fees can be paid in two halves 1st September and 1st April or by standing order over 12 equal instalments with no interest. Long Acres can either be paid in full 15th February or 12 monthly instalments.
Connection Fees
This is a one-off fee when buying a caravan for the first time. The fee of £1200.00 covers the cost of connection to all services, chaining down the caravan, setting up a digital TV aerial and two 47kg gas bottles.
