My wife and I had been considering a static caravan for about three years. After much looking at various statics on various sites around the Norfolk Coast we are extremely pleased that we finally decided on Riverside at Heacham Holidays in the Summer of 2019. We like the history of the sites and that they have passed down in the Plumb family to the current active owners Steve and Estelle Plumb and not some Limited Company based in a city miles away. During our first few months Debbie has been extremely helpful assisting with any queries that we may have. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she obviously loves her job. That to us speaks volumes. We cannot wait for the Spring and our first full season.

We would like to thank you so much for finding us a site at North Beach and allowing us to bring our caravan. We are coming to the end of our first year (although we have had static caravans for over twenty years) and we absolutely love it here. The site is quiet, clean and very well maintained. Everyone has been extremely helpful and very pleasant, especially when setting up the caravan. We have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone thinking of either purchasing a caravan or bringing their own caravan onto one of your sites.

Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us settle over these last four months and have made us feel extremely welcome and valued. They are always cheerful and so friendly and helpful. We have been on Longacres for over 30 years (since 1977) and seen many changes, gone are the days when you had to fetch your water from the taps outside and use the shower/toilet block. Now all the caravans have thier own facilities and most have central heating. The park has moved with the times, it is kept clean and tidy by the friendly ground staff. The park is quiet and friendly.

We are now in our 7th year on this park and from the start the service has been excellent, any problems are dealt with very efficiently by the owners and there staff and in a pleasant and friendly manor. The grounds are beautifully maintained, giving a welcome feel when you arrive and make our stays happy and relaxed.
